Regular issues - Capitol |
||
The first single we can show here is the Ten Little Indians single. Very rare - but it does assume a Surfin' Safari single exists as well. What also makes this issue unique is that it's the only one issued by MICO RECORDS, which used the U.S. catalogue number. From then most Capitol singles, up to the Darlinī - Here Today single, were manufactured by MARECO INC. A separate series of 45s was also issued by DYNA PRODUCTS INC., presumed to begin with a variation of the Darlinī single (as the B-side of I Was Made To Love Her). As from this point we havenīt seen any Capitol singles manufactured by MARECO INC., which might lead to the conclusion that Capitol chose another company to produce their singles. MARECO INC. didnīt completely disappear though as a couple of Brother/Reprise singles were manufactured by them. | ||
