continuation of first issues with white subsidiary notation

These re-issues are in fact continuations of first issues on Capitol on the orange & yellow swirl label. Up to 1968 original issues O&Y swirl labels were pressed without the subsidiary notation. In 1968 and 1969 a few changes were made (note: this only applies to the regular O&Y swirl issues):

- until July 1968: white font - "MFD BY CAPITOL RECORDS, INC.. U.S.A. * T.M. Capitol MARCO REG."

- July 1968 - 1969: white font - "MFD BY CAPITOL RECORDS, INC., A SUBSIDIARY OF CAPITOL INDUSTRIES, INC., U.S.A. * T.M. Capitol MARCO REG."

- 1969: black font - "MFD BY CAPITOL RECORDS, INC., A SUBSIDIARY OF CAPITOL INDUSTRIES, INC., U.S.A. * T.M. Capitol MARCO REG."

Examples of the different notations on the bottom edge (example is the 5602 Sloop John B release)

Original notation (in white font) until July 1968 Subsidiary notation (in white font) added from July 1968 until 1969 Subsidiary notation (in black font) from 1969

The pictures shown here are the first reissue series (as far as we have been able to gather them), with the subsidiary notation in white font.
